I am an Associate Professor (HDR) in Physical Acoustics at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and INSA Hauts-de-France. My research focuses on ultrasonic wave propagation, passive imaging, and wave correlation in complex and reverberant media, with applications to the characterization of thin films, multilayer systems, and advanced materials. Since 2022, I have been serving as Chair of the Ultrasounds Technical Committee of the European Acoustics Association (EAA).
Curriculum Vitae
I was honored to co-organize the first edition of the EUNICE Synergy Congress, held in Valenciennes within the framework of the European University Alliance EUNICE.
The congress brought together researchers, students, institutional representatives, and socio-economic stakeholders around major challenges related to mobility, energy, climate, and sustainable innovation.
This event reflects the collective effort and enthusiasm of numerous colleagues, collaborators, and international partners involved in strengthening scientific and educational cooperation across Europe.

I had the pleasure of being invited today by T. Fromentèze to give an invited talk on passive imaging in complex media.
Many thanks for the invitation and for the stimulating scientific discussions around ambient noise correlations, diffuse wavefields, and passive imaging of complex structures.

I was honored to receive the ANR Young Researcher Grant (JCJC) for the DACLOS project.
This funding supports the development of innovative approaches in ultrasonic wave physics, passive imaging, and wave correlation in complex and reverberant media, with applications to advanced materials and structural characterization.

I was pleased to be invited for a two-day research visit at the I2M laboratory in Bordeaux by Prof. O. Poncelet and Dr. S. Rodriguez during the APY DAY event in July 2018.
During this visit, I gave an invited seminar on nondestructive defect inspection using distributed sensor networks and sources of opportunity, highlighting passive approaches for Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) under real operating conditions.
The seminar focused on innovative passive imaging and correlation-based methodologies as a step toward passive SHM in complex media.
I was honored to receive the Early Career Award from the University of Valenciennes and Hainaut-Cambrésis.
This distinction represents far more than a personal achievement. It reflects the privilege of working alongside outstanding colleagues, collaborators, and young researchers whose talent, dedication, and enthusiasm continuously inspire me.

I am pleased to announce my invited research stay at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), New Mexico, USA, hosted by Professor Paul Johnson in July 2014.
During this visit, I had the honor of giving a plenary lecture presenting my research activities.
Many thanks to Paul Johnson for the invitation and the enriching scientific exchanges.
