Forum Acusticum 2026 – Graz, Austria

I am pleased to announce that the EAA Technical Committee on Ultrasounds, which I currently chair, will actively contribute to the scientific program of Forum Acusticum 2026, taking place in Graz, Austria.

The Ultrasounds Technical Committee will organize several scientific sessions dedicated to:

• Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation (NDT&E)
• Structural Health Monitoring (SHM)
• Passive imaging and ambient noise correlation
• Guided waves and ultrasonic sensing
• Ultrasound sensor networks
• Wave propagation in complex and reverberant media

These sessions will promote interdisciplinary exchanges between academia and industry while highlighting recent advances in ultrasonic imaging and wave-based monitoring techniques.

Conference Venue

Forum Acusticum 2026 will be held at the Messecongress Graz and will gather researchers and engineers from the international acoustics community.
